Description organisation:

The department 'Analyse et Gestion du Tourisme' is integrated in the multidisciplinary Institut for Environmental Management and Landplanning of the Université Libre de Bruxelles. The department organizes the Tourism Studies (Licence en Tourisme) and does research around three main lines: tourism and heritage, tourism and local development and creation of tourist spaces.

Description:

The BSc (Hons) in Tourism, founded in 1995, is the only frenchspraking BSc inTourism in Belgium. The BSc gives a large view on tourism issues in relation with economics, culture, geographics, environment and landplanning. Open to Under Graduate Students from different faculties and Tourism / Leisure and Hospitality schools, students attend a two years program. A part from the general and theoretical courses, students participate in excercises, placements and excursions. Two major dissertations (placement report and final dissertation) have to be realized.
